Can I return products?
The only way to refund any product is if it does not work at all upon receiving the item. You must call within 24 hours of receiving the product to get a refund or exchange.
Is there a shipping charge on these items?
Yes. Shipping is a standard $5.50 rate per order. It will be added at checkout. If paying by Paypal or with money order or check, you will have to add that into your total. If paying by Google Checkout, it will be added for you.
